What is my cPanel / FTP password?

If you can not remember your cPanel password or FTP password, please log on to your account at lotosus.com and select "View Hosting Accts" from dropdown menu. You will see a list of all your domains hosted with Lotosus. Select any domain (you want to recover cPanel/FTP password) by clicking magnifier icon. At the top of page you will see link named "Resend Activation Mail". Click it and your account details will be emailed immediately.

Please note: when "Resend Activation Mail" option, our system will send you the latest password for your cPanel we have on database. If you have changed your password recently, and can not remember it, please contact support team to reset your password.
