I can't send email

We use email authorization system to prevent spammers from using our mail servers to send their messages. If you are Lotosus customer, you need to enable SMTP Authentification option in your email client. For example, if you are using Outlook Express as your default email client, these steps are required to enable SMTP authentification:

Start Outlook Express and click Tools >> Accounts. Select your email account and click Properties button. Navigate to Servers tab and look for My server requires authentification under Outgoing Mail Server field. Check My server requires authentification box and save changes. Repeat with other email accounts if needed.

If you can't find SMTP Authentification option in your email client, ask for prompt assistance from software publishers.
