Do you support recurring payments?

Lotosus customers may use recurring payments feature. Please READ EVERYTHING below to understand how recurring payments work:

New Account: Once you signup for hosting package, new invoice is generated. When paying your first invoice invoice, it's not allowed to select "Bill my card each billing cycle" option. When your 2nd invoice will be generated next month, simply use "Pay Now" link in your customer area and you will see recurring payment checkbox. Please check "Bill my card each billing cycle" box, and your credit card will be billed automatically every month from now.


New Trial Account: It's allowed to use trial account for 7 days. Once you will be using our service for 4 days, new invoice will be generated and you will have 3 days to submit your payment. "Bill my card each billing cycle" option will be available immediately. Check "Bill my card each billing cycle" box when submitting your payment and your credit card will be billed automatically every month.


Invoice Overdue: Once you received email about overdue invoice, recurring billing becomes UNAVAILABLE. Please contact us immediately and we will send you recurring payment link, so you may avoid payment related problems in the future.
