How do I retrieve my hosting account password?
Solution
To retrieve your web hosting package login details, following these steps:
1. Login to your Lotosus.com account
2. Under "My Packages" section, find "View Hosting Accts and click on it.
Alternatively, you can search for "Web hosting plans in your account" which is seen under "Package Information" in "Member Home" area and click "View/Edit".
3. Locate magnify glass (Icon: View Record) and click on it.
4. You shall now see links to retrieve your password.
